Hold The Line
Have you ever been completely overwhelmed by something that you need to do? You want to quit a bad habit, but in your current reality it is hard to even believe it is possible. You may even know you have to do something and feel very challenged by it.
Getting started will allow you to see and observe it. It will let you meet the match of your ability so you can work with the change. You can observe what is needed and how you need to be. Staying consistent gives you the capacity to be able to grow.
Many people don’t give it enough time to allow for the consistency to build up and take on a life of its own, giving you the strength to level up. This means staying on the edge of your ability to change, in this moment. It may not be where you want to be, but it is not going backwards either. Know that staying on the edge gives you enough time with the discomfort to change your ability.
It will build your confidence. Eventually, what was once challenging, may feel like the norm again. This is where you can take the next step, push the boundary. Keep believing that consistent work pays off, and it will. Keep doing this and you are giving yourself the environment for the tipping point to occur. This is where you can make a giant leap, witness a miracle. You can feel the joy of knowing you did it!!❤️
Work the change until you create the change.
