With the sugar free cookie dough recipe options we have now, there is no better time than to add flavor without the calories in sugar. Plus, there are many ways to increase the nutrients in a recipe like cookies. Chia seeds are a great way to add some fiber. Flavored protein powder can increase the protein and make it a balanced macro friendly treat.

Recipe
Makes six servings. Mix dry ingredients, then wet.
1 cup gluten free flour blend. (I used Winco Gluten Free Flour Blend.)
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup monkfruit
1 scoop unsweetened protein powder. I prefer Vanilla Whey Muscle Milk.
2 Tbs chia seeds
3 Tbs vanilla vodka (or sub 1 TBS vanilla extract)
8-12 drops stevia
4 Tbs Sugar free cookie dough flavor (I used Jordan’s Skinny Syrups)
1/4 cup 1% Milk (or preferred milk). Add milk a little at a time for desired consistency.
Add about 30-40 grams semi sweet chocolate chips *Macros below are for 30 grams.
Mix ingredients together. Use more or less sweetener to taste. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor.
*Add more chia seeds to increase fiber and fat intake. Option to use Lily’s unsweetened chocolate chips or unsweetened.
Macros per serving: Carbs: 19.4 grams, Protein 7.7 grams, Fats 2.7, Fiber 2 grams, Sugar 1.3 grams
