I have struggled with overeating and the struggle of not believing you can change. I have been stuck so many times but I never gave up. I learned to personalize my program by taking extra time. In the health and fitness industry of getting quick fixes and 6 or 8 weeks to results mentality, this would be considered terribly slow.
I think it takes focus and time to pay attention to what works for you personally.
David Goggins said something like, ‘Eventually, if you don’t let your brain give up, you will figure it out.’ Do it Again.
