I have struggled with overeating and the struggle of not believing you can change. I have been stuck so many times but I never gave up. I learned to personalize my program by taking extra time. In the health and fitness industry of getting quick fixes and 6 or 8 weeks to results mentality, this would be considered terribly slow.
It can take a little reflection, attention to identify what works for you personally. Oftentimes this comes after being challenged and not meeting a goal. Instead of seeing that as a failure, use that as your problem to solve. The challenges given are a clear path to be successful.
